UTILITY ROAD WORKS AND TRAFFIC CONGESTION

That this House calls on the Government to bring forward regulations provided for under the Traffic Management Act 2004 to coordinate roadworks relating to utilities extension and maintenance so as to minimise disruption to traffic and congestion.
