That this House condemns Virgin Trains for their treatment of passengers on the West Coast Main Line, who continue to face long delays following cancellations of trains without warning; notes Virgin's refusal to provide coaches or taxis in order to allow people to continue on their onward journey; and calls on the Government to restrict Virgin from tendering for the East Coast Main Line following their failure to take into consideration the needs and interests of their passengers and their prioritising profits instead of customers.
