That this House congratulates Wigan Athletic for its historic victory in the FA Cup Final; notes the significant efforts of the team's players, the manager Roberto Martinez and the owner Dave Whelan in ensuring Wigan Athletic was triumphant; and thanks the people of Wigan for getting behind their club and for always believing, despite the odds, that victory was possible.
