That this House welcomes the World Conference on Human Rights to be held in Vienna from 14th to 25th June; hopes that the Prime Minister will indicate the Government's support for this issue by personally attending; and further believes that all countries, including the United Kingdom, should accept the principle of independent international review of Human Rights.
