Anyone who has caused trouble on plane journeys that results in police waiting on landing or diversions to other airports should have their passport confiscated for 5 years.

Additional details

We think not enough is being done to convince people of the need to behave in this confined space. We believe punishment of passport confiscation would make people think twice.
