Abolish early release for sex offenders and murderers

Background

I am a survivor of serious sexual abuse as a child and was raped as an adult. I would like the Government to change the law where anyone sentenced for rape or murder should not be eligible for early release on licence.

Additional details

I live with my trauma every day, so I do not believe that serious offenders should be allowed to leave prison early.
