Abolish inheritance tax

Background

We believe inheritance tax destroys family wealth for future generations and destroys opportunities of further investment into the UK. We believe it is inhumane and incredibly unfair. Many people work all their lives to build wealth, only for it to be taxed by the Government.

Additional details

We believe inheritance tax has an adverse effect on working people to push hard, knowing that a portion of their estate may be taxed and may force properties to be sold off to attempt to meet the 6-month deadline for the payment. We believe inheritance tax is greedy, wrong, and inhumane, and is the most unfair tax out of all of them.
