Abolish the sentencing council and revoke its sentencing guidelines

Background

I would like the Government to completely abolish the sentencing council and remove sentencing guidelines issued by them.

Additional details

I am concerned that the Sentencing Council proposed guidelines that could have created a two tier justice system that could have had a negative impact on white men and women.
