Add school holidays for important cultural or religious events for pupils.

Background

In religious aspects, festivals and cultural events have been a way to celebrate a religion. Therefore, students who believe in religions that have festivals and events for people to cherish the religion should have time off school to be able to embrace themselves fully into the religious experience

Additional details

I think religious festivals is a good time for pupils to celebrate with their family. Therefore I hope that sometime later I could celebrate these festivals at home with my own family as well.
