Add the FA Community Shield to the listed events regime to make it free to view

Background

For over a century, the FA Community Shield has been a symbol of unity & charity. Originally the Charity Shield, it raised funds for grassroots football & was free for all to watch. Pay per view excludes this. We call on the Government to ensure that the Community Shield becomes free to view again.
