Add VAT to university tuition fees to ensure consistency in education tax policy

Background

Remove VAT exemption from university tuition fees. I believe the current approach is inconsistent and unfair, taxing only certain stages of education.

Additional details

I believe charging VAT on private school fees while exempting universities and nurseries is unjust. I believe this policy doesn't affect the wealthy but instead punishes aspirational families who can work multiple jobs to give their children a better future. Education is education. If it’s fair to tax it, then I believe it must be applied equally.
