Allow the use of Polygraph test results as evidence in Family Court cases

Change the law to allow evidence gathered through the use of polygraph tests in Family Court cases.

Additional details

A Polygraph test should be used as an additional tool to assist Judges in identifying the truth around allegations that are made in Court, to prevent a child losing a parent in these circumstances. Currently, family courts use a mechanism called a fact finding hearing to identify the 'facts' around the case. We feel it is essentially about who the judge believes more. On this basis this could be on a percentage as low as 51%, against not believing someone at 49%. We think judges can be heavily manipulated into believing someone based on sympathy and empathy alone.
