Amend law to allow advertisement of cancer treatments in clinical trail stage

Background

Amend existing legislation to allow the publication of advertisements for cancer treatments that have passed Phase 2 clinical trials. We believe this would give people more choice and more chance to find new treatments not available through the NHS.

Additional details

We think this could lead to more people being aware of other treatments, and that as a result the NHS may have to update the treatments available. We think that there are effective treatments available outside the NHS, and being phase 2 we believe there is evidence they work.
