Background

Make it part of the Parliamentary Code to allow the Speaker of the House to force the Prime Minister to answer any question put to him or her, in a full, relevant and meaningful reply.

Additional details

All too often, a question will be put to the Prime Minister, only to be totally dodged or ignored. Very often our Prime Minister will talk about a subject completely un-related to the question posed by a fellow MPs during PMQ's I want the Speaker of the House to take charge in such matters and guide the Prime Minister into providing an answer befitting the question.
