Ban all alcohol and recreational drugs from Parliament Random testing introduced

Background

Parliament is the most important place of work in the UK There should be zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs as even a tiny amount can affect the decision making process. All members and staff should submit to random testing. There is no reason why this should not be the minimum requirement.
