Ban churches from being given a use as another religious building

Background

I want the government/parliament to put in place planning rules to ban churches being converted into other religious buildings.

Additional details

Churches are a part of our history and culture and we think should not be changed as the UK has a long Christian history and culture. If churches are empty, I think the government should use them as places for the homeless to stay instead of them rough sleeping.
