Ban schools from giving after-school detentions

Background

Ban schools from issuing detentions outside of school hours. Instead, require them to be taken during school break times.

Additional details

I want the government to do it because parents might have to pick up a child at a certain time. I think schools sometimes keep children inside the school out of hours for unfair reasons. I think this petition could put a stop to this and give children more free time.
