Ban shops that aren’t registered vape shops from selling vaping products

Background

We want the government to set rules and regulations against corner shops and any other shops that aren’t registered vape shops from selling any vape products.

Additional details

We feel it isn’t fair to registered vape shops because that’s what they sell and their customers go to corner shops or supermarkets as it’s “convenient”. These shops might not have a lot of knowledge about vapes. I am worried about corner shops potentially selling illegal vapes too.
