Ban ticket booking companies from charging admin fees

We want the government to ban ticket booking companies from charging admin fees.

Additional details

We think ticket companies have been charging ridiculous admin fees for years and these continue to go up. We believe the amount of work they do for this fee is minimal as sales are often processed online by the customer. When dates for events are cancelled or rescheduled ticket companies hold onto the booking fee, which we think is unfair.
