Make it illegal for fireworks to be used for bonfire night celebrations on nights other than the 5th of November.

Additional details

For the health and safety of animals and people who are seriously affected by the noise levels of fireworks, we want these be restricted to one night only. Otherwise we are concerned that pets may need to be sedated for many nights to stay calm.
