Cap the price of food and drink in sport and music venues

Background

I believe that many venues charge a hefty mark up knowing they have the monopoly as they have banned food and drink from being brought in due to safety concerns.

Additional details

I think there should be a limit on the mark up of items or a price cap on cost price to avoid excessive prices when a venue has a monopoly on food and drink.
