Change the law so neighbours cannot record in to private back gardens

Background

I want the law to change so neighbours cannot record others' gardens with their own security cameras.

Additional details

I want it to be illegal to use any sort of camera device to record your neighbour's back garden. I think right to privacy should mean your neighbours should not be able to be record you. I think it’s not right and children should be protected from possible predators.
