Change the law so those on life sentence for murder are not eligible for release

Background

I would like the law changed so that for anyone who is found guilty of murder, including murder of a child, and is sentenced to life, it will be for their whole life with no chance of parole, rather than them being considered for release after a particular period.

Additional details

I think our laws need to be changed so that if you kill someone you get a 'whole of life' jail sentence.
