properly consult on how these changes will affect disabled people who work. The daily living element of PIP enables many disabled people to be in and stay in employment. Any reduction in this allowance will see many disabled workers worse off and potentially forced out of work. This could affect their mental and physical health and well-being as well as impacting financially. Disabled workers should be properly consulted on the impact of these changes and their voices heard.
