Create a national badge for parent and child spaces.

Background

I would like a badge introduced for parent and child spaces so others don't park there. We think the government should create a yellow badge for parents of children up to the age of 12 which enables them to park in parent and child spaces.

Additional details

I am a new father to a child and many a time from When my child has come out of hospital me and my partner have had difficulty because we've had to park in a smaller normal space and struggle to get the pram and baby out or when it's raining we've had to park far away because someone with no children or a blue badge has parked in some of the spaces meant for parents and children.
