Background

Create an independent regulatory body overseeing vets. We think incompetent or negligent vets are not being dealt with appropriately and we believe the veterinary sector in the UK is not adequately regulated. We think animal welfare is at risk.

We think comprehensive investigations into complaints relating to veterinarians and veterinary care are not sufficiently conducted.
