Create a scheme to create employment opportunities for homeless people

Background

I want the Government to create a scheme to offer British homeless people the opportunity to earn a legitimate and liveable income which could help them reintegrate them into mainstream society and may decrease the homelessness and grow our economy.

Additional details

The reason is because I think people that have made some silly choices in life suffer living on our cold streets. We think it’s not fair as we are a country based on democracy and unity.
