Decriminalise/Legalise marijuana (cannabis) for personal use across the UK

Background

The government should look towards legalising, or at least decriminalising, recreational cannabis usage. This would free up police resources, garner more tax revenue and stoke an economic opportunity in the UK cannabis market.
