Detain undocumented asylum seekers and review and strengthen background checks

Background

Detain undocumented asylum seekers as their claims are processed. No ID then they should not be allowed to wander our communities. Also, review and improve criminal, background and health checks. This could be known as Rhiannon's Law.

Additional details

Some of the people who are coming into our country are committing crimes, the most heinous crimes. My daughter died at the hands of someone who entered this country illegally and this needs to stop for the safety of other women and children.
