Enact a 2-6% wealth tax on all assets over £10 million

Background

We call on the Government to enact a wealth tax between 2-6% (or higher depending on the individual’s net worth) on all assets that are over £10 million, with no exemptions or losses.

Additional details

We believe a wealth tax could be a step towards closing the wealth gap and preventing any return to feudalism. The income generated could be used to support lower income families or to provide the Government with more money to increase public funding, or possibly a mix
