Many believe important information exists that could improve global stability and reduce hardship, yet the UK continues to prioritise defence activities over transparency. We request: a) An official UAP reporting desk, b) Declassification and release of UAP files, c) Public access to advanced technologies that could benefit society, d) A full review of black‑budget spending.
