For Chemicals Regulation Division to revise the chemicals used by local councils

Background

We could like the Chemicals Regulation Division to conduct an internal investigation on local councils use of pesticides/poison. As of recently, people all over the country are finding intact wildlife AND pets deceased within close proximities to where local councils are using pesticide and poison.
