Fund an urgent referral pathway for suspected vascular compressions like superior mesenteric artery syndrome (SMA) and median arcuate ligament syndrome (MALS). This would be similar to the urgent cancer pathway.

Additional details

This is incredibly important as so many people especially frail and young people get misdiagnosed with IBS and live in pain. We don’t want more people to suffer.
