Fund and make air conditioning mandatory in all schools and nurseries.

Background

Recently the UK has seen the warmest June on record with research showing that this is going to continue. This heat impacted school and work attendances. Schools are required to use heating in winter but children suffer in the summer. Mandate and fund air conditioning in all schools/nurseries.
