Fund support for elderly or unwell parents who are carers for disabled children

Background

We want the Government to provide more support to parents before they pass or become seriously unwell. Some parents are carers until their end of life, they might have the worry of who will continue to care for their children after they pass. We feel better policies & support need to be provided.

Additional details

We feel that parents of disabled children are spending their end of life worrying about the care of their loved ones. We want better care plans or support needs to be provided to parents to relieve the worry and ensure their children will be okay when they are no longer here to care for them.
