Fund wheelchairs and changing places facilities for beaches

Background

We would like the government to fund better basic disabled facilities for beaches. By that we mean at least one beach wheelchair and a changing places toilet along with it. We have found some beaches have one or the other but a lot of disabled people need both.

Additional details

Many disabled children love being in the sea. Finding a beach that has both a wheelchair and a changing places facility can be hard work and some people have to drive long distances for this. Please help us fix this.
