Background

Central Bedfordshire Council are suspending 50% of domestic refuse collections, affected residents should receive a rebate on their council tax for services that are not being provided.

Additional details

As council tax payers we pay for household waste services. In all other circumstances it would be usual for a refund for services not supplied.
