Hold a referendum on any proposal to transfer UK overseas territory

Background

We urge the Government to create a law which requires the UK to not to give away any UK overseas territory to other countries without the explicit consent of the British people via a referendum.

Additional details

We believe ideological arguments should never outweigh the UK’s interests without direct (not indirect parliamentary consent) consent from the British people.
