Hold an inquiry before transferring the Chagos Islands to Mauritius

We call for the Government to hold an open and transparent inquiry on the UK’s proposal to transfer sovereignty over the Chagos Islands to Mauritius before carrying it out.

Additional details

We want the process to hand over these islands to be delayed until an inquiry, and full and transparent, open debate have taken place, which includes ensuring that there has been no foreign or hostile influence.
