Implement a written or codified constitution for the United Kingdom

Background

I want the Government to change the current uncodified constitution to a written codified constitution.

Additional details

The UK currently has an uncodified constitution which is confusing and ambiguous - making it difficult for citizens to understand. This leaves the political system open to abuse.
