Increase fines and make councils remove fly tipping from farms & nature reserve

Background

We ask the Government to help farmers and nature reserves by increasing the minimum fixed penalties for fly tipping on farmland and nature reserves, in order to cover the costs of fly tipping on this land.

Additional details

We also want the Government to pass a law which requires local councils to clean up and remove fly-tipped waste on farmland and nature reserves so that fly-tipped waste can be cleaned up quickly and those responsible can be brought to book quickly too.
