Background

We believe the current process for DVLA decisions on medical driving licenses can cause significant delays and hardship for individuals unable to drive until a decision is made

Additional details

We urge the Government to increase funding for the DVLA to shorten the time to process these decisions within an 8-week window and provide mobility allowances for those affected by delays.
