Increase minimum sentences for drug supply offences

Background

Drug supply should not be considered a victimless crime. Aggravating factors such as supply to vulnerable people and minors should be given greater consideration.

Additional details

Too many people have lost their lives and we believe this is escalating. Greater deterrents need to be put in place to protect life.
