Introduce employment rights for sex workers

Background

I would like sex workers to be entitled to official employment contracts, pensions, maternity leave, and sick days. Essentially, in my view, for it to be treated like any other job.

Additional details

This is now the law in Belgium. I believe this should be the same in the UK. I believe that sex work is work and should be recognised as such, and that sex workers should not be demonised should be entitled to many of the same employment rights that many other workers receive.
