Introduce national service for 16-year-olds who have serious criminal records

Background

We think that children with serious criminal records should be required to sign up to the army at 16 years of age for 3 to 5 years.

Additional details

We think that if the government bring this into force, it could help our prison system and help young people learn manners and respect. It could also give children a chance to turn their lives around and have a successful career.
