We call on Gloucestershire County Council to keep Household Recycling Centres free and increase appointment availability. This applies to all centres: Pyke Quarry, Fosse Cross, Hempsted,Oak Quarry, Wingmoor Farm Residents already pay through Council Tax and should be able to dispose of waste without extra charges or barriers.
