Keep the requirement for voter ID when voting and limit postal voting

Background

We want the government to keep it compulsory to have voter identification to vote in any UK wide ballot. We also want the availability of postal voting to be limited to those who cannot get to a polling station.

Additional details

We think this could prevent voter fraud.
