Legal requirement that an MP must serve a year before becoming Prime Minister

Background

We do not think that individuals should be parachuted into government to take up the post of Prime Minister without a minimum term of one years service from being elected.

Additional details

We feel that it is undemocratic to bring in somebody who wasn't elected as an MP at the last election to become Prime Minister without a minimum term served as an MP.
