Legalise small scale Cannabis cultivation for medical patients

Background

Allow the cultivation of no more than three (3) Cannabis SP. plants for personal use if the patient has a Medical Cannabis prescription.

Additional details

I am writing to the members of Parliament in order to change the legislation surrounding Medical Cannabis. Currently, patients with a Medical Cannabis (hereafter referred to as MC) prescription can only receive their medication through private clinics. My proposal would be to allow patients, with a prescription, to cultivate and process Cannabis plants (C. sativa, indica, ruderalis) at home. This medicine allows people to return to their normal lives, and prices can be prohibitively high.
