Life imprisonment for rapists without release

Background

I want Parliament to make the punishment for rape life imprisonment with a whole life order, so the person would never be released. I believe this would improve the justice system.

Additional details

I believe this would be a major deterrent, protect our people and our children by not letting offenders out again to re-offend, and make a safer world!
